Claudia is a DREAM to work with. She has made finding a home to rent so easy for me, alleviating so much stress from an international move. She is personable and friendly, learns all about you during the process, and makes valuable suggestions to suit your personal situation. She helped me ensure the property I was renting was doggie-safe and even arranged for water to be delivered before I arrived. It’s little things, but they make moving so much easier (as the little things quickly pile up). She also graciously answered the what must have felt like hundreds of questions I bombarded her with throughout the process, usually within minutes of my messaging her. I cannot say enough positive things about Baja Realty Executives's Claudia Beltran. In early March I worked with Claudia; my husband and I wish to re-locate from Baja California to La Paz in Baja California Sur, and Claudia was an excellent resource. She was so professional, and also so caring and compassionate. (There were some nerves on my part about such a big change.) She oversaw placing me in the perfect one-person rental; once our home is sold, we'll definitely tap her to find us a long-term La Paz rental for the two of us. Don't look anywhere else--work with Baja Realty Executives!

Great bang for your buck! Beautiful home. Loved the complex. Very friendly neighborhood with nice amenities. House has everything you need. Sunsets on the rooftop patio are amazing. Beaches are close by. Although the neighborhood was under construction that didn’t bother us much. The noise was minimal. Will definitely return.

Their prompt response in providing me with a rental property at 805 Torres Cantera in La Paz was outstanding. Claudia and her team responded to property deficiencies quickly and efficiently.
