I had the pleasure of meeting Claudia and Robert after I was experiencing issues with a previous rental host. Their prompt response in providing me with a rental property at 805 Torres Cantera in La Paz was outstanding. Claudia and her team responded to property deficiencies quickly and efficiently. Her attention to detail is noteworthy. The property itself was amazing with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. It was equipped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay. The views from the Condo of the city and bay of La Paz were spectacular. It’s probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed to enjoy the amazing sunsets this area has to offer. We happened upon Claudia when we experienced issues with our first realtor. A stranger via a fb group recommended her to us and she has been a godsend. She stepped right in and ensured we didn’t lose our lot and opportunity for our Mexican home. Communication was excellent and she is so professional and helpful. What we learned is you need a local realtor who understands the Mexican way of home building/purchasing. No matter the time or day, Baja Realty Executives was always responsive to issues or questions. She sent us photos during the stages of the build when we were back home in Canada. We arrived in La Paz and set up a time to meet with Claudia who right away informed us that today was all about us. We saw a number of beautiful properties and all of them could have been our forever home. Claudia exceeded our expectations with everything she did and not only did we purchase our perfect home we have friends forever.
