Q. Is the property I see on the Internet the one I get?
A. Yes, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the only way to ensure your complete satisfaction with your accommodation.
Q. What is required to make a reservation?
A. When you find the property of your choice you can either book the property online or call us at 1-877-778-2987. When making your reservation we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is processed 45 days prior to check-in.
Q. What type of payments do you except?
A. We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), Cash deposits to our American or Mexican bank account, wire transfers to our bank accounts, personal checks, and cash. There is a service fee for using credit cards and wiring money.
Q. Do you charge Taxes on your vacation rentals?
A. Some properties do have an 11% tax added to the rental. We will inform you if the property you are renting requires this tax.
Q. When is check-in & check-out time?
A. Most properties will be available for check-in at 3:00 or 4:00pm. An early check-in may be possible.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. However since these are short and long term rentals we may be able to work around these times.
Q. Do you offer Travel Insurance?
A. You are a valued guest and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend and offer CSA’s Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Your Travel Insurance payment will be processed when you reserve your Rental.

Q. How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Baja Realty Executives?
A. All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain bajaexec.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation including directions and arrival instructions via email within 48 hours of making your reservation. If you have not received these emails, please contact us at 1-877-778-2987.
Q. Is there shopping nearby?
A. Yes, there are many shops and restaurants within 2 miles of most of our properties, and many of our properties have shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Q. Is there air conditioning?
A. Most of our condos have air conditioning, but many units only have air conditioning in one room (this may be the living room or bedroom)- we try to state the number and locations of air conditioners for each property under “Amenities” on the property page, so be sure to check there for specific information regarding the location and number of air conditioners for the unit(s) you are interested in.
Q. What utilities are included in the rent?
A. Short and long term rentals do not include Utilities. However, some units will include Internet and cable. Please ask your agent when booking what is included in the rental price.
Q. Is there a fully equipped kitchen in all the rentals?
A. Yes, every 1-bedroom and larger unit has a fully equipped kitchen including:
Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, and dust pan.
*Each individual unit is different and equipped differently. We do try and have everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.
Q. Are the Rental units cleaned daily?
A. No, the vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a Clean at an additional charge, generally 450 pesos per day. A Clean includes: Cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping.
Q. How do I get directions to the Rental?
A. You will be provided with directions to your unit when we receive final payment. You will be e-mailed directions before arrival and will receive a map with your unit marked on the map.
Q. Where do I Check-In for My Unit?
A. We will meet you at the unit personally to check you in.
